Started communicating via email about a return. Asked before refusing delivery. If refused, I will not be charged any fees, I have a copy of the chat. Got delivered back to them and got charged $130 for refusing the delivery. Will not continue business and will share this on social media and reddit for all the surron community members. Even when communication is done properly, you still get screwed over.
Remarkable team, fantastic resources, even their AI feature is overseen by staff daily. I made a request that (predictably) stumped the ai chat bot but within minutes I got a personal email from a staff member giving me the help I needed.
