To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following guidelines:

  • All returns must be approved by TB Electric.

  • All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the customer receiving the order.

  • Eligible items for return must be in the same condition as received, uninstalled, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Custom print or graphic items are non-refundable.

  • All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns are subject to a standard 5-15% restocking fee (which may be higher for certain conditions) unless the product is defective.

  • The customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or covered under warranty.

  • If there is an issue with the product, we'll offer a replacement at no cost.

Defective products or warranty issues: If your product was defective or needs warranty service, please do not file a return — email us at support@tbelectricmoto.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Return shipping: The buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or covered under warranty. A return label is provided through the returns portal, and the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges: For a faster exchange process, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item. We'll rectify any mistakes on our end.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you regarding the refund approval. Refunds will be processed for the product price (shipping non-refundable) to your original payment method, with the return shipping cost deducted. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Policy: TB Electric reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns on products purchased through our website. Due to the nature of our products and the potential for misuse, we may not accept returns or provide refunds except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide proof of the defect or damage. Refunds or returns are subject to our discretion and may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Please note that any returns must be authorized by TB Electric before being shipped back. We are not liable for any lost or damaged return shipments.
