Return Policy at TB Electric
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following guidelines:
- All returns must be approved by TB Electric.
- Eligible items for return must be in the same condition as received, uninstalled, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Custom print or graphic items are non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase and/or order number is required for all returns.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the product is defective.
- If there is an issue with the product, we'll offer a replacement at no cost.
For returns due to ordering mistakes:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We do not provide return labels for orders made in error.
*Installed electronics (controllers, motors, batteries) are subject to approval by TB Electric.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item.
Exchanges: For a faster exchange process, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item. We'll rectify any mistakes on our end.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you regarding the refund approval. Refunds will be processed for the product price (shipping non-refundable) to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Return Policy: TB Electric reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns on products purchased through our website. Due to the nature of our products and the potential for misuse, we may not accept returns or provide refunds except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, customers must contact us within 15 days of receiving the product and provide proof of the defect or damage. Refunds or returns are subject to our discretion and may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Please note that any returns must be authorized by TB Electric before being shipped back. We are not liable for any lost or damaged return shipments.
