ASV F3-E Break Away Levers are forged-aluminum replacement brake levers for the Altis Sigma and Delta, Talaria Sting MX5, Surron Ultra Bee, Tork Pro Sport, Arctic Leopard XE Pro R and E-Ride Pro models with Type 2 brakes. The spring-loaded pivot lets the lever fold on impact and return to position, so a crash or tip-over doesn't leave you with a snapped lever.

What does "break away" mean on a brake lever?
The lever blade sits on a spring-loaded pivot. In a crash it folds forward instead of snapping, then returns to its normal position so you can keep riding.
