Choosing a spring rate: the E-Ride Pro S, SS 1.0, SS 2.0, SS 3.0 and 4.0 come stock with the 450 lb spring. The E-Ride Pro SR comes stock with the 500 lb spring. Heavier riders, or anyone who rides aggressively, may prefer the 500 lb spring on any model.
