Required if you are installing a new EBMX X-9000 V3 controller on an older E-Ride Pro that still has the original battery connector. All E-Ride Pro kits for the X-9000 V3 come with the new-generation battery connector, so you only need this harness if your battery has the older connector.

You need it if you are putting an EBMX X-9000 V3 controller on an older E-Ride Pro whose battery still has the original (V2) connector.
What if my battery has the newer V3 connector?
