EMoto-X Rear Malino (Hawaiian word for Smooth) Suspension Kit For Rawrr Mantis 70V, Rawrr Mantis 60V
Use this EMoto-X Rear Suspension Kit For Rawrr Mantis to replace that not so great stock Rawrr Mantis rear shock with any aftermarket or stock rear shock built for a Surron, Talaria or ERide Pro.
Materials:
Spacers- CNC 6061 Aluminum
Nuts- Class 10 High-Strength Steel Nylon-Insert Locknut , Zinc Plated
Washers- Class 8.8 Steel Washer, Zinc Plated
Bolts- Class 10.9 JIS High-Strength Steel Flanged Hex Head Screw, Zinc Plated
Easy to install: 1) Shut off breaker and remove battery. 2) Place bike on solid work stand with rear wheel off the ground. 3) Remove the top and bottom rear shock nuts and bolts. 4) Remove the stock Rawrr Mantis 72V or 60V rear shock. 5) Wipe the top and bottom shock mount flange holes with a cloth or soft brush to clean any dirt or debris. 6) Insert/slide the 4 shock spacers from the EMoto-X Racing Hawaii Malino Rear Suspension Kit into the cleaned shock mount flange holes with the flanges of the spacers going on the outside as shown in the photos here (some light tapping with a rubber hammer may be required). 7) Slide your made for Surron, Talaria or ERide Pro (stock or aftermarket) shock into place. 8) Align the top and bottom shock mount holes with the top and bottom of the shock and insert/slide in the 8MM flange bolts from the EMoto-X Racing Hawaii Malino Rear Suspension Kit through the aligned top and bottom holes and secure with the 8mm flange lock nut using red locktight on the bolt threads and using Rawrr recommended torque specs (we will list number soon)for the top and bottom rear shock bolts and nuts. 9) Reinstall your battery and go have fun on your Rawrr Mantis with a shock absorber that actually absorbs shock. 10) Be sure to ride with caution until you get used to your new shock and how the bike handles and adjust it to perform to your liking and skill level.
