Heavy Hitter Rogue 2.5" Extended Billet Swingarm – E-Ride Pro
The Heavy Hitter Rogue Swingarm is a fully welded, one-piece billet 6061-T6 aluminum swingarm built for the E-Ride Pro platform. It was developed out of necessity in racing, where the OEM swingarm consistently bends under hard riding through whoops, fast corner entries and jump landings, even at stock power levels. The Rogue eliminates swingarm failures as a DNF cause and protects your drivetrain from the damage a bent OEM arm causes.

Features
- Fully welded, one-piece billet 6061-T6 aluminum construction
- 2.5" longer than stock, bringing the wheelbase to essentially the same as a Sur-Ron Ultra Bee for better traction, control and cornering speed
- Upgraded needle bearings rated at 6,500 lbf static load per bearing (vs. 1,030 lbs OEM)
- Jackshaft retaining sleeve machined from 52100 nitrided steel, which strengthens the whole jackshaft system and corrects the stock bearing side-load issue
- Lowered center cross support so the chain routes around it, like a traditional motocross swingarm
- Machined steel brake bracket retaining pin and forged steel brake block
- Captured axle blocks with easy single-tool adjustment
Setup tip: Turning characteristics depend on your fork setup and rear linkage/triangle configuration. Pairing it with the Heavy Hitter Adjustable Height Triangle is strongly recommended to optimize the rear shock ratio for the extended length.
