Poor Customer service!

I wanted some wheels for my new ebike. I saw TB electric on YouTube so I decided to order from them. On the website they had two options for the wheels I wanted black and chrome. I chose black. When the wheels arrived only the rim was black and the rest of the wheel was chrome, not what I was looking for. I emailed TB and they said it should have been evident that the wheels weren't all black. I even took a screen shot of another website showing how they listed partially chrome rims. I asked for a return and yes I could with a restocking fee. The fee would have been 100 bucks. I asked TB to waive the fee due to the circumstances and they said it's my fault and they couldn't have made it any clearer. I responded yes you could have see the details from the picture I sent....the other company very clear as to what you're getting when you spend that kind of money. So be ware of TB electric they will take no responsibility for vague listings or mistakes. Im getting my accessories from anywhere but TB electric and you should too! I included the picture from the other website detailing the color of the wheels.
