Virtually no support. Unlike lots of businesses trying to provide good honest customer services, TB fails. No telephone #, hard to communicate with anyone at TB, you pay return shipping on returns, you pay a restocking fee on returns, no exchanges, no exemptions. Sad.
My skepticism Of online random online ordering was ended quickly. The guys were very quick to reply to my questions and my orders were shipped next day and I had my things in 3 days cross country and delivery was made on an holiday no less.

I used to follow Talaria Boys faithfully, tuned into every video they posted—genuinely believed their gear picks were solid after seeing all those positive takes. Ended up buying the Vetra Blazer straight from their shop. Worst decision. Day one, while riding, this awful buzz shoots up from the electric motor… hard to explain unless you’ve felt it. And get this—they’re telling me to snap pictures? Send clips? Of what, exactly—a blurry thumb? It’s not visible, it’s pure irritation through my arms, my back. They’ve done jack, except pass me over to Vetra… whom, surprise, ain’t helping too. Absolutely no accountability. Save yourself the headache.
