I used one of these to attach a new front fender on my Ventus one plus and found that it needed a fair amount of shaving or trimming with my dremel before it would actually allow my fender to seat up against the bottom of it like the fend is supposed to. Not really a huge deal and once it is attached it does seat nicely but I can see where other reviewers say it does not fit their bike as it sure needed a good deal of shaving in certain areas to allow the fender to seat against the plate all the way. However, once it is attached I guess it might actually make for a bit more stability as the fender adapter bolts onto the bottom of my EXT Ferro Forks I upgraded too and then the actual fender bolts up into the outer fork bolt holes giving you kind of a double locking system. You could just as easily though save yourself the money and simply drill out a hole and then take your dremel and grind out a nice hole in the stock fender which would also allow the fender to seat up next to the fork too.
