All bikes sold by TB Electric are intended for off-road use only. Riders must be 16 years of age or older. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their bike is properly registered and compliant with all applicable state laws and regulations.

Warranty Information
Electric Dirt Motorcycle Limited Warranty
All electric dirt motorcycles purchased from 79BIKE are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period is 12 months, starting from the date the product is received by the customer.
Conditions for Limited Warranty Coverage
- You must be the original owner and provide proof of purchase or order number.
Components Covered by the Limited Warranty
- Battery: 12 months
- Controller: 12 months
- LED Lights: 12 months
- Motor: 12 months
- Display: 12 months
- Throttle: 12 months
- Electrical Wiring: 12 months
- Frame: 12 months
This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemical exposure, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical, electromechanical stress.
- Defects or damage caused by private modification.
- Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by 79BIKE.
- Products that have the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
- Ordinary wear and tear.
- Defects or damage to the products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary / peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by 79BIKE for the products.
- Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment of the products in a manner that varies from the assembly instructions or owner's manual.
- Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
In addition, with respect to the battery, this limited warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from the following actions or situations:
- Charging with a not intended battery charger or one not appropriate for use with the battery.
- Using a battery charger improperly.
- If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering.
- If the battery has been used in equipment other than the bike for which it is specified.
Claiming Warranty
To claim warranty coverage, you must provide evidence of the defect, such as images or videos. Our technicians will validate the defect and, at our discretion, send a replacement component free of charge. If necessary, you may need to work with a local technician. Please consider these factors before making a purchase.
Important Note
Any modifications made to the product will void the warranty. Additionally, the warranty is non-transferable and only applicable to the original owner.
