How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period provide your name, e-mail address and date of birth. You are then eligible to receive entries into the Sweepstakes by completing the following tasks during the Sweepstakes Period using the buttons on the Sweepstakes page of the Website Contest Page:
• Purchase on TB Electric Website – Receive 5 entries for every $1 spent. (Example: Spend $100 and get 500 entries.)
• Purchase Talaria Boys Merch – All Talaria Boys T-Shirts, Hats, and Hoodies earn 5X entries compared to normal purchases. (Example: Spend $50 on a Talaria Boys Hoodie and earn 1,250 entries instead of 250.)
• Refer a Friend – Earn 100 entries for each friend who enters the Sweepstakes using your unique referral link. Unlimited referrals allowed.

Referring Friends Entries
Entries for referring friends will only be awarded if a friend actually enters the Sweepstakes using the unique referral link(s) provided by the entrant. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that any social media posts or referrals they make comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the requirement to disclose that they are receiving entries into the Sweepstakes for promoting the Sweepstakes and referring friends. Entry Multiplier
Throughout the Promotion Period, TB Electric may announce opportunities to increase the number of automatic online purchase entries you may earn by a multiplier, e.g., (2X), (5X), (10X) (each an “Entry Multiplier”). When an Entry Multiplier is offered, entries will be multiplied by the applicable Entry Multiplier. For example, a $60 purchase during a 10X Entry Multiplier offer will earn 3,000 entries. Timing for an Entry Multiplier offer will be determined solely by the Sponsor and will be announced by the Sponsor/TB Electric on the Website and/or its social media pages.

Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on 10/01/2025 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends on 10/30/2025 at 11:59 p.m. MT (the day before Halloween).
The server hosting the Website Contest Page is the official time clock for the Sweepstakes.
Winner Announcement: The potential winner will be announced approximately one (1) week after the Sweepstakes ends, on or about 11/06/2025.

Eligibility and Limitations
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are of the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (19 in Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi, and 18 in all other states). Minors, or those under the age of majority, are eligible to win only if they receive written consent from their legal parent or guardian, who must assume full responsibility for the minor. The parent or legal guardian must fully complete, sign, and return the “Parental Release Form for Minor Winner” to confirm eligibility and grant permission for the minor to participate.
Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, their advertising agencies, and any other entities involved in the administration or promotion of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate or win. Additionally, employees, officers, and directors of TB Electric and Talaria Boys (the “Prize Providers”), as well as their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, are also ineligible. Immediate family members of such individuals, including spouses, siblings, parents, and children, as well as any other persons residing in the same household (whether related or not), are excluded from eligibility.
If you have won a prize in any sweepstakes sponsored by TB Electric within the twelve months prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes, you are ineligible to win a prize in this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.

Prize
Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing held on or about 11/06/2025, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Prize is an Electro & Co ETM RTR Electric Pit Bike PLUS $500 cash. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The Prize being awarded in this Sweepstakes, the Electro & Co ETM RTR Electric Pit Bike + $500 cash, has an approximate retail value (ARV) of $3,699. This amount reflects the suggested retail price of the product and cash component and is used solely for tax reporting purposes.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize, as well as any costs associated with its ownership, operation, or maintenance, unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Official Rules. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 in the amount of $3,699 to the winner for tax purposes, as required by law.
No prize transfer is permitted prior to award. If a potential prize winner is unable to accept or receive shipment of a prize due to applicable laws in his or her state of residence, Sponsor will work with potential winner to find a prize of equal or greater value that is legal for the potential winner in that state, with the final prize determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Otherwise, there is no cash in lieu of prize or substitution of prize, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All taxes, fees, licenses, or other charges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Notification and Confirmation
Potential winner will be notified via email at the e-mail address provided in the entry within five business days of the drawing. Potential winners must sign and return a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release and an IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days of receipt in order to formally claim the prize.
If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winner fails to return the signed documentation within the time allowed, or if a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or to have violated these Official Rules in any way, as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor, that potential winner will be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Sponsor will ship the prize to the winner’s address within two to six weeks following receipt of all necessary documents and information.

Return Policy and Impact on Sweepstakes Entries
Due to the nature of this business and the structure of the Sweepstakes, all sales made during the Sweepstakes Period are final.
We will honor returns for items purchased during the Sweepstakes Period only if the items are returned prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period (before 11:59 p.m. MT on October 30, 2025). All eligible returns must comply with our standard return policy, including meeting the condition requirements of the items and submitting any necessary documentation or proof of purchase.
Impact on Sweepstakes Entries for Returned Items:
If an item purchased during the Sweepstakes Period is returned, any Sweepstakes entries earned from that purchase (including the 5X bonus entries for Talaria Boys merchandise) will be voided.
Any attempt to repurchase the same or similar item in order to take advantage of higher bonus entry multipliers later in the Sweepstakes Period will also result in those entries being voided at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
After the Sweepstakes Period concludes, no exceptions will be made for returns or refunds, regardless of the reason for the request. By participating in the Sweepstakes and making a purchase during the Sweepstakes Period, entrants agree to these terms.
