This is the complete dual caliper rear conversion kit — everything you need in one bundle.
How the Kit Works
This kit replaces your stock rear brake, stock rear rotor, and stock caliper mount, and replaces them with:
- The Ebike Garage rear bracket / rotor guard
- The 230mm Ebike Garage floating moto rotor
- The Sur-Ron Ultra Bee full rear brake (handbrake → master cylinder → hose → caliper #1)
- A second Sur-Ron Ultra Bee rear caliper (dedicated to the footbrake)
- The Ebike Garage Footbrake with Nissin master cylinder
The system uses two independent Ultra Bee rear calipers on the same 230mm rotor — one driven by the handbrake, one driven by the footbrake. Each system is fully sealed and operates on its own. Press the lever, the handbrake caliper actuates. Press the pedal, the footbrake caliper actuates. Press both, you get the full clamping force of both calipers at the same time.
How It Connects (Hose Routing)
Two completely separate hydraulic loops, both clamping the same rotor:

Stock Ultra Bee hose → from the handbrake to the Ultra Bee master cylinder to caliper #1. This is the standard Ultra Bee front-to-back setup, untouched. It's the same hydraulic line you'd run on a single-caliper Ultra Bee swap.

M10 hose → from the Ebike Garage Footbrake master cylinder to caliper #2. Dedicated footbrake-only line that feeds the second caliper.
The result: two fully isolated brake systems on one rotor. If one ever fails or develops an issue, the other continues to work — and when you actually want maximum stopping power, both calipers can clamp together for braking force you can't get from a single caliper.
