How the Kit Works

This kit replaces your stock rear brake, stock rear rotor, and stock caliper mount, and replaces them with:

1. The Ebike Garage rear bracket / rotor guard
2. The 230mm Ebike Garage floating moto rotor
3. The Sur-Ron Ultra Bee rear caliper
4. The Ebike Garage Footbrake with Nissin master cylinder

The system uses a single Ultra Bee rear caliper actuated only by the footbrake — your rear handbrake is removed entirely for a clean, dedicated foot-operated rear brake.

How It Connects (Hose Routing)

Simple, direct, single-line setup:

• M10 hose → from the Ebike Garage Footbrake master cylinder to the Ultra Bee rear caliper. That's the only line in the system.

The footbrake master cylinder, the hose, and the single Ultra Bee rear caliper are connected as one straight loop. Press the pedal, the footbrake master cylinder actuates the caliper. No handbrake, no extra hoses, no extra hardware.
