Footbrake System Configuration Options
The Ebike Garage footbrake kit allows multiple brake configurations depending on your setup. You can connect both your hand brake and footbrake to a single rear caliper, run dual calipers for fully independent systems, or remove the hand brake entirely and run a dedicated footbrake system.
Stock Brakes Option 1 - Footbrake and handbrake single caliper (VIDEO)
This kit allows you to use your stock brake caliper and Lever with no additional components, The included hose will connect your footbrake to your Rear Caliper and then the Stock hose from your master cylinder on the bar will also connect strait to the footbrake so you can use either the handbrake or the footbrake they are both connected to the Brake Caliper
Stock Brake Option 2 - Footbrake and handbrake dual caliper (VIDEO)
You can keep your handbrake how it is and add an additional caliper and EBG Dual brake caliper adapter to be able to run 2 Calipers and have the hand and footbrake kits separate from each other. add the Rear caliper and EBG dual caliper bracket and you are all set.
Stock Brake Option 3 - Only Footbrake (VIDEO)
If you only want a footbrake not a handbrake that is totally fine as well, you will just remove the master cylinder on the bar and the stock brake hose and use the included hose to run from the footbrake back to your stock brake caliper.
