This version of the Ebike Garage footbrake kit is built specifically for Formula moto brake setups. Every kit includes the EBG footbrake — from there, the five versions differ by which hoses, calipers, and brake components are included. Understanding the Hoses

Two hose configurations are used across the versions:

• Single (foot) hose: Runs from the footbrake master cylinder to the rear Formula caliper.
• Dual hose: The same foot hose plus a second passthrough hose that runs from the footbrake master cylinder up to the Formula lever master cylinder on the bar — letting the hand brake and foot brake share a single caliper.

Choose Your Version

Select the version that matches how you want to run your brakes. The price shown updates with your selection.

1. Foot Brake + Single Hose

Footbrake plus the single foot hose only — no caliper or brake included. Plumbs your footbrake straight to a rear Formula caliper you already own. Ideal if you just need the foot-brake side of the system.

2. Foot Brake + Dual Hose

Footbrake plus both hoses — the foot hose and the passthrough hose — with no caliper or brake included. This lets you run both your hand brake and foot brake into a single rear Formula caliper you already have.

3. Foot Brake + Single Caliper Kit

Footbrake, a Formula rear caliper, and the single foot hose to connect them. A complete, dedicated foot-brake-to-caliper setup — the hand brake is not plumbed into this caliper.

4. Foot Brake + Hand Brake Passthrough (Full Rear Formula Brake)

Footbrake, both hoses, and a complete rear Formula brake (lever master cylinder and caliper). The foot hose runs from the footbrake master cylinder to the caliper, and the passthrough hose ties the footbrake master cylinder to the handlebar Formula master cylinder — so both your hand and foot brake operate through the same single rear caliper. Note: because this shares one caliper across more fluid volume and a longer fluid path, the brake can feel slightly soft or squishy. It works well, but if you want the firmest possible feel with full hand/foot separation, go with Version 5.

5. Foot Brake + Hand Brake Dual Caliper Kit

The full independent two-caliper setup, and the most complete version. Includes the footbrake, a full rear Formula brake, a Formula caliper, a TB Dual Caliper Bracket with rotor guard, and the single foot hose. The footbrake connects through the single hose to its own caliper on the dual bracket, while the full rear Formula brake runs straight from the bar to the second caliper on that same bracket. This keeps the hand brake and foot brake on completely independent calipers for maximum braking power, a firm lever feel, and full separation.
